McTimoney Chiropractor
The McTimoney method is a style of Chiropractic which specialises in high velocity, low amplitude adjustments.
This means to apply a very fast, but gentle force to very specific anatomical points, which enables the chiropractor to correct misalignments within the spine (and extremities), and improve joint function.
Once corrected these adjustments aid the body in its innate ability to heal; improving mobility, relieving stress on the central and peripheral nervous system, alleviating joint restrictions and overall leading to natural whole-body health.

Elyse is a chiropractor here at Treat Norwich, specialising in the McTimoney technique.
Graduating with a Masters in Chiropractic (MChiro) from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxfordshire at the beginning of 2022.
Elyse first discovered chiropractic when she was only three years of age, and decided it was her calling in life by age 10.
After seeing how the profession helped so many people over the years, she knew it was what she wanted to do.
Elyse has an innate passion for helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and has dedicated her years to assist patients in restoring nerve function and alignment, improving mobility, and promoting natural, consistent, whole-body health.
In her spare time Elyse enjoys travelling to explore the best surf locations, paddle boarding, rock climbing and weightlifting.
