Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) utilises an energy line system through which our prana, or life force, flows. The therapist uses their hands, feet and elbows to work up and down these energy lines applying pressure. This, together with gentle applied stretching, promotes the free flow of energy around the body facilitating feelings of balance, harmony and well-being.  

During a TYM it is best to wear clothes that are either loose fitting or quite stretchy. The massage will take approximately 2 hours and, like Shiatsu, takes place on a futon on the floor.

TYM is accessible to anyone regardless of age or physical condition because each treatment is bespoke.

TYJM is effective at treating common ailments such as headaches, shoulder, back and knee pain. It’s benefits include promoting:
